Consider the situation, grasp the tidal current
   In the year of 1987,the then Sichuan Puge MSG Factory was in a bad situation with a debt of over RMB1.2 million, the product was keeping long in stock, and there were no cash for the payment of employees, so the factory was facing bankruptcy.

        At this very moment ,Mr.Yan Junbo’s first aim was to be able to pay the salary for over 40 employees. After a sober study in the advantages and disadvantages of the products ,the made u his mind that the trend of the MSG was to be the nourishing and healthful chicken essence. Based on the advantage of natural resources of Mt.Daliang, he planed to turn the static advantage of natural resources of black-bone chicken and highland chicken raised in the farmer’s courtyard to the dynamic advantage of natural resources ,and then the advantage of products. By adopting and studying the advanced foreign technology, he had invested the special production technology of Chicken Essence. In 1987,the first pack of Chicken Essence had been made, and he led his team in brand establishing and marketing since then. Up to 1995,he made success of first step in the market of the whole china.
  With this success, he was not satisfied, and so decided make further step outside Sichuan Province. In 1991,he had organized the first Sino-foreign joint venture in the counties of the minority nationality in whole China .In 1993,a sub branch was founded in Xichang, and in order to carry out unitive management and operation ,the Group was established. In the year of 2000,the Haoji Group had fulfilled the task of carving out of the business. After continuously trying, in August of 2001,a joint venture named Sichuan Haoji food Co.,Ltd was established, the partner was Nestle of Swiss, the biggest foot manufacturer in the world. As the general manager of the joint venture,he started a new epoch in the development of Haoji.

Cooperate with Nestle
   Based on the initial success of the Group, we are planning a new take-off, so we need partners. In the meantime ,the Nestle Company were seeking partners in western China’s12 provinces and municipalities, by the good fate, we have fulfilled the cooperation. As a new member of WTO, the Chinese companies are seeking for the further development. but where is the way? We suppose that we must make new progress in both space and time. To contest with time means to lead up, to reach the international advanced level within the shortest time ; the space expanding means to do our best to enlarge our market space both domestically and internationally. It is the mind of understanding deciding by what way or method we can reach the goal, we supposed that it is a good idea to set up a joint venture. We are seeking a quicker and better way to realize our ideal. After the establishment of the joint venture, we will do everything down-to-earth. We believe that steps cover a long way ,brooks make great waters.


  The New team of the joint venture will be a new type of team melting various kinds of culture ,and various ideas will impact each other here. The general manager of the new company made a commitment that we will try to upgrade the connotation of the new company by the way of powerful enterprise culture, so the staff will devote themselves to the company and share the pride as an employee of Haoji. We will do our best to turn the advantage of un-polluted natural resources of black-bone chicken, fresh air, and clean water to the products, and so to provide the consumer with safe, healthy high-quality food.
